A saturated market where every brand sounds the same and user trust is hard to earn. Designed a hybrid platform from scratch combining e-commerce and B2B lead generation, translating complex scientific positioning into a clear, conversion-oriented experience. Delivered solo over three months.

A complex multi-role SaaS platform where users couldn't identify their own place in the system. In two months, restructured the full architecture, defined the core experience for each user role, and built foundations for a design system so the team could continue building after my work concluded
