Career changer
“Working with Alice was truly life changing to me. What she gave me wasn't just design expertise, it was the ability to see my own strengths clearly, maybe for the first time. (...) She helped me understand not just what I was good at, but why it mattered and where I actually wanted to go in my career. She shaped how I thought about my portfolio and CV, not by rewriting who I was, but by helping me present myself with conviction. And then came the job search. Alice walked through every single interview with me, grounding me, lagging things I wouldn't have seen coming on my own. Because of her, I didn't just survive the process. I felt ready. And I got the job, a role that genuinely feels like a perfect fit. She is not just smart, but fun to think alongside. Working with Alice felt less like mentorship and more like having someone in your corner who genuinely believed in you before you fully believed in yourself. I'm so grateful.”

“Alice is a deeply inspiring, caring, and attentive person. She is one of those rare people who can see potential in others, even when they are still doubting themselves. Her patience, kindness, and ability to ask the right questions truly helped me take a step back and gain a better understanding of myself. Through her guidance, I gained confidence and realized that it was absolutely possible to find an UX/UI role in an environment that genuinely aligns with who I am. She helped me clarify what I was looking for, identify my strengths, and approach the next steps in my professional journey with greater confidence and peace of mind. Beyond that, Alice opened me up to new perspectives, introduced me to valuable resources, and inspired me to keep learning and growing over time. I wholeheartedly recommend Alice to anyone looking for guidance that is human, authentic, and truly meaningful. 🌟”

“I reached out to Alice somewhat by chance for mentoring, and I am absolutely not disappointed. Alice has this rare and natural ability to accurately identify a person’s strengths and weaknesses and help them set clear, achievable goals. (...) In my view, becoming Alice’s mentee is an excellent investment in your professional future. In a world where time has become such a crucial factor, rather than learning through trial and error, her mentoring allows you to benefit directly from her experience and take a much shorter path toward success. One of her greatest qualities, and one that is rare in a mentor, is her honesty. Many mentors struggle in this area because they are afraid of upsetting their mentees, but Alice always explains the situation and its consequences clearly, while encouraging and guiding them toward the best possible path without ever making decisions on their behalf. (...) If you are still hesitating, here’s a piece of advice from a friend: go for it with your eyes closed, you will never regret being mentored by Alice.”

Who you'll be working with

Two months of savings, no safety net, and my partner learning alongside me at the same table. That's how I became a UX designer.
I moved to Canada, discovered UX, and quit my job to teach myself an entirely new profession from scratch. This was 2022, when everyone was already saying the UX market was saturated. It worked. I got my first client, then another, and built from there.
Since then I've accumulated 6+ years of design experience across agencies, e-commerce, SaaS, freelance, and in-house teams. I know what separates the designers who get hired from the ones who stay stuck, because I've been on both sides.
I started mentoring in early 2025 with one goal: to share both sides of my experience, as someone who made the career transition herself, and as someone who never had the guidance I needed growing up. I want you to experience things differently, with someone genuinely invested in helping you reach your goals.
If any of this resonates, I'd love to meet you.

FAQ

How is this different from free mentoring?

Free mentoring rarely offers the same level of quality. Mentoring means dedicating your time, taking the time to truly understand your mentee and their challenges, and doing everything in your power to help them overcome those challenges until they are resolved. I follow up, check in with you and remain committed to your success until you reach your goal: that's why I made this my practice and why it's worth it.

The Clarity Session is a focused 90 minute working session with a written follow-up, async feedback, and a concrete action plan, designed to give you real momentum in one shot. The Full Cycle Program goes further, it's a sustained relationship over months where I know your story and your progress intimately.

The right option depends on where you are and what you need, that's exactly what our discovery call is for.

I am not a Junior UX nor career changer, can you still help?

Absolutely. While my mentorship is designed with junior designers and career changers in mind, every designer's journey is different. If you're feeling stuck, lacking confidence, or simply need an outside perspective from someone who's been through it, reach out. The best way to find out if we're a good fit is a free 30 minute discovery call, no commitment needed.

What does a typical month look like with the Full Cycle Program?

Everyone is different and got specific needs regarding if their changing career or just starting out after their studies. This is why I offer custom session, which are based on a common ground: Starting the Full Cycle Program, we meet twice a month for 60 minutes on Google Meet. After each call you receive an email recap with what we covered, your next steps, and resources I've curated specifically for where you are in your journey. Between sessions I'm available for async feedback on your portfolio, resume or anything else that needs a second pair of eyes. You also have access to a shared Notion page where we track your goals and progress together so you can see yourself achieving your goals.

What if I need to pause or reschedule?

Life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice, and if something bigger comes up and you need to pause the program we can discuss it. I'd rather we find a solution than have you drop out entirely. Just talk to me.

How and when do I pay?

Once we've had our discovery call and decided it's a good fit, I'll send you a Stripe link within 24 hours. Payment is made before our first official session. For the Full Cycle Program, pay month by month and stop where your goal is reached. There's no large upfront commitment. For the Clarity Session, payment is made once before the call.

I don't see what I need help with in your services?

My services cover the most common challenges junior designers and career changers face, but every journey is unique. If you have a specific need that isn't listed, just reach out. The easiest way is to book a free 30 minute discovery call and tell me where you're at. If I can help, I'll tell you honestly. And if I can't, I'll point you in the right direction.

How long does it takes to complete the Full Cycle Program?

3 to 6 months on average, actually it depends on you. Where you start, what you need and how fast you move. We set your goal together from day one and you pay month by month until you get there.
